I would like to take a moment to express my extreme satisfaction in a recent repair project on my patio/balcony performed by JDI. My particular project had extensive water and insect damage and l was certain that it was going to require a complete tear down thus creating a huge mess and expense. Jason DeBus from JDl came out to my house on two separate occasions to discuss the work and assured me that he would do his best to save what could be saved but it was clear that the final product would be safe and he did that very thing.
His crew and the project manager assigned to my project were always professional and incredibly courteous and answered every question and concern I had. In the end, I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I would not hesitate for a second to call on JDI to do any work on or in my home.
This job was difficult. I am well aware of how many obstacles you had to overcome. But, your positive attitude prevailed. You think outside of the box and can adapt to problems when others less skilled and professional would quit and compromise to get through it. I can’t thank you enough for your hard work, positive attitude, long hours and quality work.
