Heather is our financial guru. With more than 20 years of experience, some would say she’s the best at what she does. She not only keeps the numbers in check, but also manages safety, HR, and maintenance programs for the team. Miracle worker isn’t her official job title, but we’ll call her that anyway.
JDI Development, LLC started out as a desire to put to work the 30+ years of construction experience that our founder, Jason DeBus, had accumulated working in the construction industry in Arizona.
He realized success came from delivering excellent customer service and quality work with an experienced and dedicated team behind him. So in 1999, Jason & Heather DeBus founded JDI with the mission to use construction expertise to serve our customers by building their visions.

Chief Operations Officer
John has worked for JDI for 10 years. Service manager, project coordinator, team leader, and maintenance scheduler are a few of the many hats John wears. He oversees the Repair and Maintenance Services to ensure client’s businesses are operating smoothly.
Grace works close by Heather in accounting and managing client services. Within the few years she has been a part of the team, she has brought a new level of efficiency.
Jose has experience in flipping houses, plumbing, painting, drywall and more. He goes above and beyond, and exceeds expectation. He quickly adapts to situations and has excellent problem solving strategies.
Senior Service Technician
Daniel has experience in construction, diesel technology, and misc handyman jobs. He is very versatile and skilled to do any task that is needed on the job site. His ability to create an exciting and effective work environment makes him an essential part of our team.
Alec is our fast learning, critical thinking technician who goes the extra mile to get the job done. He brings excellent team work and passion to the JDI crew.
Josh has experience in customer service, construction projects & restaurant maintenance. He continues to expand his knowledge and education in multiple fields, adding to the success of our team.
Jay is a seasoned professional. He is a trusted, skilled and integral part of our team. As our superintendent, he ensures that projects get completed on time and on target. His knowledge and skill set, makes him an outstanding super!
The Phoenix Dream Center is a volunteer driven and nonprofit organization that was founded in 2006. This organization serves the homeless, low-income, at risk youth and struggling individuals and families by providing resources, opportunities and supportive services to help them realize their dream of living a self-sufficient life.
The Phoenix Dream Center currently serves over 36,000 people each month. At each Outreach, Food, Clothing and a message of Hope and God’s Love is shared. The Housing Programs at the Phoenix Dream Center include a Christian-based Life Recovery Program, A Program for Young Women out of Sex Trafficking including Crisis Pregnancy, An Emergency Family Housing Program, An Affordable Housing Program and A Foster Care Age-Out Program.
